Ms 150 t carb/trigger mechanism

I've just spent the best part of 3 hours trying to sort my 150 out. I cranked the handle again so had to replace it. This entails taking the trigger mech and whole carb off, replacing the handle and putting it all back together again. I can't seem to get the wire that fits into the throttle of the carb to fit properly (at least I think that's the issue) and when I start the saw it runs on at half revs or so. Has anyone got any pictures of the carb etc? Could I have hooked it up wrong? Any other suggestions?

From memory like most Stihl top handles you have to have the throttle trigger pressed down to connect to the linkage on the carb.. I think!

It's a shame Stihl don't have any work shop manuals or pdf parts lists on line .

A bit too late now but I get photos of carb and trigger linkages on my phone before dismantling as they can be a sod if you don't have another spare saw to compare with, also sounds a bit anal like but if I'm doing a full strip down on a saw I'm not used to working on ,get a sheet of card and press each bolt and piece in through it and write where it came from under and it makes reassembly so much easier and your never left with spare bits that your wondering where the hell they came from!.

Cheers for the replies. I did it before and while it was a bit of a pain it went back together ok, this time though it's playing up. Which way round does the wire bit attach to the carb? I've tried it on two different ways and neither seem to work. I'll have another bash this morning with a fresh pair of eyes.

That was taken before I took it all apart. It was sticking a bit but I found that when I took the handle case off the bit of wire that attaches the trigger to the orange bit nearest the carb was pinging off, it didn't seem to be seated correctly.

It's the bit that goes from the carb to the first orange bit in the handle that seems to be the issue

If you take the carb cover off then un do the little bolts so you can move the carb back and forth then move out place the pin in with small long nose pliers the push the carb back in that how i don my mates its a litt tedious but works
