My grounds lads (2 men) laid a base, flagged it and built a 8x6 in half a day!!

My local timber yard looks at 6-10 sheds a day installed depending on distance and sizes, again 2 lads. It's only 6 bits, 7 at the most then the roof felt!!

£100 top money for a shed install assuming base is down

Pretty much what I was thinking Kev :thumbup1:

Brother-in-law had a 6m x 4m shed moved from one end of the garden to the other. It was and now is on stilts. Two men took 50mins. to take it down; 15mins. to move it; then an hour to put it back up and that included new felt. Can't remember the exact price but it was around £160inc.

£300 to erect a 6' x 4' shed is take the proverbial!

I would say forget the B&Q shed, tell him to get one from a local sawmill/shed builder - you get what you pay for
