My 150 is smoking...a lot, pouring out from the underside of the saw after approx 15 minutes use.

Running Aspen so fuel shouldn't be the issue. Saw seems to be oiling fine.

Anything obvious it could be please?

Is their any bar oil on the underside of the casing?

I've heard of three 150`s that the feed pipe has come off the pump including my own.

Otherwise, what colour is the plug?

I think this might be it Carl, although the chain hasn't been loosening up thinking about it, so it would seem it was getting oil? I will look tomorrow.

Mine was partially oiling which was puzzling until I took it apart.

Have you modded yours Steve? I've advanced the ignition and ported the exhaust on mine, amazing difference.

Mines been doing the same for a few weeks now. Thought it was the angle i was holding it putting chain oil onto the exhaust when carving. Plug fine with mine. Have drilled the 8mm hole in the exhaust. Be good to get to the bottom of this.

Not modded Carl, although its on my list of wants! I have a collection of saws that spuds going to get from me one of these days. 5 are sitting in bits currently, and counting
