Are there any Diabetic, tree surgeon cyclists on hear. Since riding 4-5 times a week despite all my efforts I'm loosing weight. Just wondering if any one has had similar experience?

Without eating 24-7 I can't eat any more throughout the day and at the moment the only way I can see of not loosing any more weight is to reduce the riding, which I don't want to do.

Hmm I think your problem may be one of a kind. Or at least very specific. Is it that you ride your bike to and from work? Could you look at getting one of those electric motors installed to give your body a break? I saw a video somewhere where someone used a chainsaw to power a push bike.... ??

Sorry I can't be of any more help!

I was an ultra distance cyclist until family, business and injury knocked that on the head.

Seriously looking at high end E'bikes as a solution to my issues with fitness and riding as an escape from stress.

I've a tendance to ride too far and too hard thus 'blowing' far from home and suffering a miserable return ride.
