Husqvarna Classic chainsaw trousers

Has anybody got any experience of these, good or bad? I'm looking for a cheap pair of Cat As for those rare days when it's too hot for Cs and I've seen these for around the 80 quid mark. Thanks in advance.

I've not tried the classics, but I'm currently on my second pair of the Functionals and really rate them. A lot more hard wearing than any other trouser I've had and really light too.

 

The first pair lasted around two years (maybe more but can't remember) and the only stitching needed was to the nads area and they only got retired because the fly eventually broke.

 

Tiny bit dearer than the classics but I reckon probably worth it.

Im glad this has come up! i have a pair of these front protection classic trousers, The material is as tough as old boots! similar to the old orange stripe stihl trousers I've had all the modern style trousers that cost a days work and they don't last! I've had mine now for well over a year and theres not one hole over a cm. i would recommend them highly .

My mate has them and really rates them. Certainly can't go wrong for that money

sound! to tell you the truth , i wear joggers on way to site, nine times out of 10 i will throw the trousers on over the top ,never had a problem, rear vents open ! lets go!

I was considering just getting Cat A Hiflexes but they were twice the price of the Husqvarnas.
