Hi folks, looking to buy a new mower, for domestic use, want self propelled, with easily adjustable deck, collecting grass not necessary

Any suggestions don't want to pay more than £300,

I have a Viking dealer near me, that I get discount at,

Also saw on frjones, snapper mower, wretched any good.

Other option is to wait for mowers to return to lidl or aldi to have them back in. Are they good value for the price,

If you can find a decent second hand hayter or Honda or stiga but there isn't many in good condition around that price

Go for a 4 series Viking pretty sure you can get a mulch plug for them. Might be a wee bit over your £300 but well worth it. I'm still using one I bought 4 seasons ago and use it commercially. Who is your local dealer?

Nice little domestic mower which picks up well in the wet - much better than my Hayter R48. Drive is weak though - mine has failed after not that many hours, so it's a push mower as not worth the cost of repairing

bought a viking m248 self propelled, from his for £230,

Don't think that's dear.

That's a fair price 👍 if the drive goes it's a cheap enough part if I remember it's only £20 for a new drive cog
