6 hrs ago! Cant believe it!! I've pretty much been stationary with laptop and surrounded by books for 6 hrs, and I was so engrossed as to not have checked in here....

 

TLA.... That's a gift!

 

You were missing for 6 hours - but it seems like I got lost for a day!

No surely not - just an off day.

 

To put your mind at ease, I've been trying to get my head around a particular problem for 2 weeks now. All the parts of the solution are there... but I just can't get the pieces to fit so to speak. I have literally worked on nothing else for the 2 weeks and still no joy.

 

So, that is really being slow on the uptake!

Its also the only tree assessment system, *that I am aware of*, that had its procedure and use considered in a legal case, and simply, the judge found it wanting as it demands a "fair degree of subjectivity" - and therefore isn't really *objectively* quantified at all.

 

 

Just remembered Matheny & Clark's ssytem was examined in the Kew case.
