Hi there the team that were there kindly lent me the kit to do it and set me all up . The lads that compeat get there times down around the 9 second mark .

For us Girls my time was not bad at 24 seconds for my first few climbs in I think the fastist girl that compeats is around the 16 second mark so I have some catching up to for next year, there are not many girls that do it over here for me I am now hooked on it from here on :001_smile:.

Cracking first shot :thumbup1:

How are your joints after a couple of days?

.

So far the joints are good no ill effects but I do keep very fit and train with weights .I think this really helped with the upper body side of it as you have to pull in the pole as you get closer to the top as the pole gets thiner and thiner.
