I passed my CS38 on Tuesday, and although I would love to just jump straight into the 39 and get it done, am I going to be more employable / benefit more from getting my B+E license? :blushing:

I think I know the answer already, but just wanted some opinions - maybe even some other ideas or options.. :thumbup1:

Towing ticket is preferable than using a chainsaw off rope and harness ticket for me and many others i know.

I sent them an email last week regarding doing a bit of experience and was told they were having a reshuffle. May have to just fully apply properly.

Thanks for that rosey.

I was thinking it would be worth getting the trailer license as my next call.

I might have to leave the 7.5t licence for now, I imagine it's a good jump in price and the 38 has broken me :)

7.5t license is not any less costly than a full C (rigid veh up to 32t I think) , the test is exactly the same. I paid about £750 all in when I did mine.

That's not much more than what people seem to pay for their trailer license?

I'll have to look into it, the b+e is something like £500, so not much in it at all
