I have an oak tree, I guess it's twice as tall as an average house, trunk is nearly 2m across. 1/4 of it over a house. What is fair ££££s for a crown reduction? Situated in the middle of nowhere Devon.

Could you list the qual's & experience of the team and the kit / equipment you're planning to use - that would help in estimating a price for you.

Plus, what is the full scope of the job? It's quite a range between dropping it and leaving the homeowner to clear brash / break down logs for firewood themselves (seems to be an ever increasing number of people choosing that option) to all chipped, removed from site.

I can get rid of all brash/branches/wood and there will be lots. Access is easy I feel, but a fair bit will need lowering due to being over a roof. That'll be about a fifth of it. It's on a quiet road, no neighbours and no TPO. Also as I'm being thick can anyone tell me how to post pictures?

Thank you!
