The good old village shop! It's surprising what you can learn from there!

Have a safe journey up. Heavy rain/winds last night. Blustery today and odd light shower. heavy rain for tomorrow afternoon/evening. There was some flooding on A75 at crocketford yesterday.

Thanks for that, best bring the landy up then. Heading up tomorrow hopefully with the wind behind us! I've sent you a message saying to call in if passing.

Couldn't move from Moray. Sit on my couch, stove on, and look out to the Moray Firth and over to the far north. Look out the back to the south and just farm fields up the hill. Drier than most places in the UK, sheltered by the Highlands to the west and north, and the Grampians to the south. Plenty of trees to play in.

Planning to build this year, just over the hill behind and the view will be south, rolling hills towards the mountains.

Been to most places in the UK and if I was forced away, it would have to be NZ I think.
