it certainly looked a bit mutant! Not too clued up on the whole grafting malarkey. Do you think thats likely then?

 

 

On about this type of thing Sean, quite often see this on Big Beeches, like yours.

aye I see what you mean....no didnt see any.....but tommorow i tommorow im working in Isbella Plantation in the park and there is some amazing grafts on big old Beeches. I'll get photos for you the morrow.
