I'm on the borders and steroid abuse in the valleys is massive much worse than the midlands

I grew up in the Valleys Mike . Even the old grannies could bench 140 kg

Serious for only 30 secs. The mid 90's onwards started to see players developing muscle tone that isn't natural. Don't be surprised if we see a lot of former top players start developing health issues in middle age
