work has come down hard on alcohol policy and since we technically out as a work party nobody wants to see where line is.

its a little improved, work now gives us the time off, where as we used to have to book a half days annual leave for it.

 

we do pay out of our own pocket still for meal etc.

 

used to go onto the small hrs, held on a fri nite. now its a mon so we all work tues.
