hi i am new to this site .. i have just started my new business the truck has work well so far .i had done 4 jobs with no problems :thumbup: i have a job to do tomorrow so i went to grease the truck up just to give it the once over when i set it up there was a buzzer going off in the basket i think it is the load .. i had no power to the controls in the basket .. is there any think i can do to sort this out any help will be appreciated

Check all the sensors on the machine that you can find. If they are stuck try and free them up with wd40. When the bucket weight sensor used to go off in the Mewp I used to use I would jam it up with a stick. ( not recommended!) sorry this is as far as my knowledge goes, good luck

Check the wires on the pressure sensors on the stabilizer legs incase you've caught 1.

Check the sensor under the basket hasn't come loos or got something wedged giving a false reading.

i have tried wd40 .. all so had a look at the 2 fuses under the basket and all the plugs where in .. they where ok but i still have no power to the controls thanks for the advise will if i can find the sensor i would by pass it then get it sorted at the weekend

Haha, just shows how observant I am - thred title.

Definitely not legs if ground controls work and won't be a overloading problem as your not in it. Try using the basket controls without actually being in it by just leaning in as best you can to see if it'll lift of the cradle which might show its the basket load sensor, used to have a similar problem with 1 when 2 people were on same side of basket. Other than that it's the spec book and see what error 01 is in that.

tried to operate the basket controls from a step ladder still it did not move the only thing that is on at the top basket controls is the red light with the bag type symbol above it on the right hand side at the bottom
