yes all br 600 including the magnum range and the 500 are 4 mix engines but you just put normal 50 \1 mix in and it uses the oil as lubrication and I run a couple of 600s and there great only thing that tops them on hard surfaces is the billy goat

i just got the brand new stihl br450 and love it! same power as the br600 but about £150 cheeper! dosent have all the anti vibe and noise reduction things but for what i need it for its perfect. just a standard 2 mix engine too which i like better than that 4 mix idea.

4mix runs on normal 50:1 2 stroke.

 

The BR600 is a beast. I am a big guy and I have to lean into to stop myself pirouetting :)

 

 

My mum brought me a 600 the other day and the kids wanted a go. My 6 year old did actually spin lol
