I'm looking at ripping a load of crappy grassy things out of one corner of my back garden and laying a layer of something for the dog to crap on which then makes it her own space and easier to clean up.

Would wood chip do?

If so - has anyone got some near Bristol that I can have/buy.

It would need to be able to be put into a Civic boot (in happy to scoop / shovel).

Cheers

Not sure woodchip laid down is much of an idea as a place for the dog to crap on, you'd be better with concrete or, taking the dog for a walk twice a day..

The dog goes for a walk twice a day. She also like to go out first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

There's a back corner she likes to go in. I was wondering about bark mulch and then thought about chip. I reckon it would work, clearing it and replacing it regularly.
