Stein throw pod weight

What's the best stein throw pod weight to use with their Tekichu launcher? My old throw bag seems a bit heavy for it. Cheers

I use the 220g for everything.

This is the throw pod and I use it every time I had throw but for a launcher I use the 220 above as the rubber bullet becomes just that when launched and can bounce wildly around the crown sometimes.
