how to boost views on youtube

So I'm starting to make some YouTube videos of my teams tree work but I don't seem to be getting any views, I'm not expecting the general public to be watching but more other arb guys. How to I get the arb lot to find it? Do I write in the title things like (tree surgery) or in the bit that says tags write (tree surgery) or both. Any help much appreciated. H

Try putting in specific terms in the tags that might not be in other tree videos. For example 'GRCS' is not very common, so that highlighted one of my videos more than some.

You could try putting in the specific models of the saws you used, brands of helmet, etc. This way people searching for these specific things are more likely to see the video.

Otherwise, as above, facebook, arbtalk, business website, twitter etc

Right got ya, atm the videos are not great but I'm working towards a good one. Thanks for your help. Any more welcomed. Does anyone find if it's linked to there site it boosts there Google ranking?

Read/watch the youtube uploading videos, lots of advice and informative stuff. Dont forget to 'monetise' your videos and allow advertising on your clips. Your supposed to get $12 for every 1000 views, not sure how to recoup the payment but Ive had over 10,000 views-and not a penny, good luck..Nick Pearson, Timberline-Roe Ltd.
