There seems to be a lot of these threads popping up at the moment.

Here's another.... I'm looking for my first chipper, about 10k to spend, 6" or 7.5", any of the major brands considered, perhaps swaying towards Jensen. Have my trailer licence so weight not a deciding factor. If anyone has anything or knows of anyone with something, let me know. No massive rush and am happy to wait for the right machine to come up as I can hire on the cheap at the moment. Cheers

What's your thoughts on hours when it comes to jensens? I've spoken to redwood and arbor cut and there's machines there with around 1000 hours on them. To be honest it puts me off, but Robert from arbor cut was adamant that they're good for double that if maintained.

Fly wheel bearings and roller bearings? From what I've heard arbor cut get the machines in and do proper job on them. Vat is a killer though
