With talk of log burners I thought I would give a wood burning cooker we have a mention.Us firewood boys always get wood that is not really fit for sale for one reason or another.Hence we buy a log burner or two.We a year ago May bought this little cooker ,we did not want a back boiler just the cooker. It sits on a 3' by 2' slab ,obviously plenty of info on line.It loves pallets, crack willow , poplar and any softwood. And is really easy to manage with a price that would suit a lot of pockets.

My cousin has the therma rosa with the boiler and he is pleased with his.

I have the therma grande (think that is it's name) which I don't think they make any more. Great big thing that does all my cooking, DHW and central heating. Very good and was a fantastic price.

Looks good. I assume there's no way of laying the fire the night before, and setting it to ignite automatically at say 7am, so you can come down to a nice warm kitchen at 8am?!

Cheers.

That involves my good lady,2 mugs of water in a kettle in just the right place and its boiling in a short time.We put a one gallon kettle by the side of it for the washing up etc. That will be boiling in under 40 mins with a steady fire.We love it.
