Yep, my 2004 is horrendous.

 

I have a 2005 and I get about 22 mpg and 12 when towing.

Just got rid of my 11 plate it was about 28 and 21 towing

Just got new navara and its about 25 and 20 towing so not brilliant.

Pulls much better than the l200 though

I currently have an L200 Trojan and although it's comfy , has nice leather seats , air con and goes like stink I can't help but feel cheated , the sterio is a bog standard sterio, the seats at not heated,there is no build in crap nav , and all in all ita just a bog standard L200 with a bigger turbo and leather seats . I have had a look at the new 5series and I certainly will not be bothering

I had the Trojan and I've now got the navara and it's much better in lots of ways. I don't think I'd have another l200 to be honest. Not a bad truck but leaves something out like you say !
