I can understand what tree world is after. He hasnt been dishonest and has stated everything that is a requirement. Its upto someone to read it and decide if its a work opportunity for them or not.

 

There are no rules to business do it however you want. Some people do everything themselves and some people sub contract away every last bit of work. Fair play to both types we are all just trying to make a good living at the end of the day.
