What's the access like?

 

Its best value is when split and ready for delivery, what are your costs to get it to that state. Deduct those costs to see your potential profit.

Never mind the Rugby what about Georgia? Yeah we must be tight up here builders bags are down to between 850 and 750kg now at some merchants. I remember always used to be a ton!

You would be lucky to fill a builders bag, so around £60 but that's after you have seasoned it for a year.

 

You must have pretty big builders bags
