Hi all,

Im in need of a Clutch for my dosko 18 hp stump grinder and have draw a blank in finding any parts dealers in the uk. Is there anyone out there know of any? Any help would be apreciated

Have you tried Danequip in Bordon who were the original importers?

Thats what i feared, proberly even more now. Just wondering if they can be reconitioned as the live feed wire on mine has coroded at the point it attaches to the unit which means i cannot solder it back on properly. Would be a shame to have to buy a whole new one at that sort of price.

Can you cut back some of the resin potting to make a crimp? I'd avoid solder.

 

They are likely to be standard industrial magnetic clutches, I'm nowhere near the one I used to use, try and see if there are identifying marks.

 

Try Kim at Danequip for a price first it may be affordable.
