There is a reference to this carving on Pinterest. You need a login to see the detail.

 

It was, apparently, carved from a dead Cedar by a sculptor, painter and poet named Rudy Rahme in Bcharre, Northern Lebanon.

However, it has never prompted me to climb a tree and carve it.
