Yes but first I'll ask loads of questions on here and procrastinate for 5 weeks. Then I'll start another two threads about the loop.

Then I'll spend 6 hours on the internet. Then start another thread.

Then I'll buy two.

:laugh1:

Then you find out treekit already makes these and have two to compare before you buy haha

A few people may remember at the AA show I was wearing a removable foot loop designed to enable you to conveniently clip in your knee ascender.

It simply stays on which ever foot you desire for a quick installation of what ever knee ascender you choose to use. Here is a picture of the solo foot loop but I will be posting up pictures and a video of both steins knee ascender and foot loop combo very soon. :)

Little quick video taken from my phone, so not the best quality, will be putting together my whole SRT setup video soon, but for now just to show those interested in the solo footloop. No arm work at all all in the legs.

Have been using the floop for a while. Not showing that much sign of wear. Bit cruded up from sap,mud and general nastiness. As expected really. The actual webbing is holding up well. It stays in place well. Only had it stripped off once and that was when it caught on a dead stub. Suprisingly it doesn't make wearing spikes over the top uncomfortable either.

So what is the latest?

It would be interesting to know if you've been using your foot loop a lot and wether you've got the Stein or the Floop.

Do they stay in place whilst climbing and are they wearing prematurely?

Thanks.

Still going strong, and yes mate it stays on my foot all the time without any movement at all :) love it for ease clipping in and out of my knee ascender mate :)
