Hi, if the guys at copford can't supply to your area, I could do you oak or wr cedar waney edge or feather edge. Bit of a haul tho, so might make it too expensive for you.

We are in Sussex and could supply elm waney edge but would have to check we can supply to your area due to d e d.

 

One of our old customers had a old style but new barn extension and they used elm boards, however I recalled they where French import. If I recall, you had to pre drill holes before nailing, otherwise splits like a bitch !!!

 

Will try and get over next week for that beech, surprised it warped under the weight of Oak in the kiln!!! Hopefully salvageable :001_smile:
