Well, that will work for the prussik or blakes, but the distel is a whole new thing, and requires a whole new climbing technique. And for that you need a close coupled pulley so no need for the clippy thing.

 

New climbing technique sounds cool . Please do tell ? . Closed pulley you mean I gotta spend more dollars :biggrin: . Sounds cool more goodies .:thumbup:

i would mach rather have got a positioner or the petzel head torch but i think the missus has got wise to buying me work stuff - last year she bought me new rope so it was off out to the park to play - that really did not go down to well at all :thumbup:

 

Shame on you . Do you have no respect for christmas . Oh what rope did you have :tee::lol:

nope no respect what so ever lol , yeah she bought me a marlow chamelion (as stated on my list to santa) to be honest it has seen me well but now im after something a bit better

 

What you going for some 11mm stuff to go with ya Lockjack ? Or maybe that poision ivy rope ? Not keen on the green colour though .
