Can I get a pegless boss for an old machine?

Sounds ideal for the use we give it.

Its possible that the complete blade and boss assembly from a new machine may fit, but without trying it I could not be sure. It does not appear on the IPL as an option.

 

Blades and bosses are not as interchangeable as many may think. The distance of the blade tip from the edge of the deck is critical for performance.

Mark Woodhouse is going to get a boss and blade in for me to try. The blade is almost sharpened away so a good moment to try this.

Cool. Let us know if it fits and works although I think its a pretty safe bet it will.
