I spoke with him friday he said firm that they were using were unreliable.

 

 

Oh well I guess I will have to find someone else now. You can do it yourself with a pillar drill and bench grinder and the correct grinding wheels, there has been a thread on here about it before. TBH I'm thinking of changing to the multi tip cutting system that I had on my rayco, they are very easy to tickle up at home with a diamond disc.

Here is an alternative that I posted a while back....

 

I use proteeth because we can use a diamond disc in an angle grinder to sharpen them whilst the teeth are in situ. If you don't blunt them too much then it take around 7 minutes to sharpen all of them.

We also have a 1000w power converter from the truck battery and a very long extension lead for when clients are not in. I brought 3 diamond discs about 2 years ago from abtec for around 50 and they don't really wear out.
