Would not do it on the saw for fear of ingesting metal swarf . Mine was taken off cut open all the way round at the seam . Some of the restriction removed and welded back together . Cut and Shut if you like !

Yeah ok...fair enough :-) Just loctite'd them though din I ...and I wasnt sure of the procedure so I thought I'd see .....now stop making out im stoopid...thats my wifes job.

So....Its exhaust off !! then cut n shut ...any further guidance would be very much appreciated ...and obviously needed !! :blushing:

Won't it affect the running with it been auto tune ?

 

The fact that its A/T is the reason it wont affect the running ....well it will affect the running A/T or not . it will run a bit harder , abit cooler and a bit louder . The A/T will compensate in what ever way is required .

Is that Husky sign in your Avtar somewhere around the Dartmoor area - somewhere like Bovey Tracey???
