new toy (sorry should have said :blushing: ) is a pentax k100d as i have an old mz-50 35mm slr that i havent used for two years as not wanting the hastle of films, so bought this off ebay and went and picked up thursday night, i love it so easy to use,

i have a sigma macro lense i have bought with it, to go with the old 35mm lenses i have (thats why i went for pentax) i have a 80-320 telephoto, a smaller lense i cant remember and this new macro lense,

I have a tripod, but didnt use it on these pics as the camera (not the lense) has a built in image stabilisation system that can be turned on and off,

all pentax lenses fit all pentax cameras, (some features not work) but they will all fit, so i didnt have to replace my lenses

the small B. inquinans is actually only about 4mm tall :001_tt1:

these were taken with the camera basic settings just set to macro, i havent played with the finer settings yet, i just love the detail its getting compared to my cheapy camera, i hadnt upgraded in the past as i didnt realise that the pentax film and digital lenses worked together, else i would have had one sooner, rather than having the lenses set in a box for about 2 years,
