Technically, yes. But only if you are a frequent user. For infrequent users, you need to prove you are on top of all current legislation and best practices.

Don't wish to be pedantic, but, if HSE (God forbid) ever takes an interest in you, you need to be aware!!

 

Also, the "for life" cannot surely last much longer, can it??!!??

IMO it's only a short while before 'refresher' courses are mandatory due to new equipment and the constant changing of available chemicals.

Ah up to date with current regs as full NROSO reg for tractor spraying (Boom/Airblast/slug pelleting etc) each year
