Hi, I'm on my second tajfun processor and if the chain isn't new it won't cut great

Gets half way though wood and sits there spinning

I'm using cannon bars as seem to last the longest

Any one else have same problem?

Sounds like its blunt

Well, that's what I thought but still seems sharp each time

If it was put on a chainsaw it would be fine

May be for £15 I should just put a new one on each time

I have found our processor more fussy about chain sharpening than a chainsaw. Keeping the tooth length even and the right amount taken off the rakers makes a big difference. Narrower chain on the Farmi but don't see why it would be very different to the Tajfan.

What make of chain are you using?

I had bother with Oregon chains last year.

Only buy Sthil chains now and never had any bother.
