Hi Jon,

 

We have an 80cm high gain dish for our Humax box which works well for UK TV, we left our old post code in so we see SW TV on BBC & get our French TV from the antennae up on the chimney. The TV is paid by our tax habitation adds about 60 euros I think, no BBC license

 

When I installed the dish, I tuned it with a device that whistled as the signal got stronger & it set all the dogs in the village off barking , my O/H was laughing so much it set me off as well when she stuck her head out of the window saying 'who set the dogs off?' & I nearly fell off the ladder - good job the bracket was well secured! oh la la.

We dont watch much TV but the French channels help with the language.

HI NFG when was over your way i used sign language i was taking top a log chap the village i pulled up in disco d3 they said here some nutter here up unit i got there the gate on the yard was open when i when there to have talk to them re logs i did not under stand in the end i give them business card they new then thanks jon
