Don't know how I missed this post, but Oakleaf Forestry are indeed here on Arbtalk. If we haven't already sorted you please PM me your number and I can give you a call RE a pto saw bench. We always have plenty of them in stock and delivery to Norfolk - or anywhere else for that matter- is no problem. And you are quite right, they are very well priced!
