How about you suggest starting a bonus scheme at work?

 

Im not saying that you are saying this but if you are worth more than what your employer is paying you then its a good way of proving it to him.

 

Would be win/win aswel - his workers work harder (more productivity = more money for through the business) and his workers will get paid more!

Lying Scouser, can't trust him. :lol: I don't know where that list is based but fork truck drivers are classed as labourers everywhere I worked not on £20,000 plus.
