looks good , i have recently stopped using my Edelrid snap hook on the advice of a fellow arb talker has he says its not fit for purpose to have one on my adgujustable strop , but looking at the isc snap i think i will have to give it a go , would be rude not too lol anyone use a snap hook on there adjustable strop ?? and if so would you rely on it as your only anchor point when throwing your rope further up the tree ?? sorry to sound daft but after being told my snap hook would fil a loler test im just a little bit aprehensive !!!!

I have used a snap hook on my adjustable lanyard and relied on it as my sole tie in point when ascending a tree. I think they are great little tools; much less fiddly than a krab.

 

well said . looks like the snap hook my be getting a second chance lol , i was happy using it untill i was told by a loler inspector that it was not fit for purpose to be used on my adjustable strop !!!! but thanks for correcting him chaps :001_smile:
