the house has a games room, sauna and a hot tub..it sleeps 16 easy and has a huge lounge, the pub is at the end of the driveway and so if it rains it isnt a problem:001_cool:

 

 

 

a most commodious cottage indeed.

it is a really nice little pub mate, loads of nice walks and nobody about..i have a lot of work to do for my friend at his house, so you ciould have a busmans holiday just to really cheer the wife up:001_tt1:

 

Sounds good but unfortunately I don't think the wife will agree to that!!
