I asked about this a while ago. I think it was available for about forty quid as a Google ebook. Although the general consensus was that most of its content is available in the now online arb journals, and the better book was it's counterpart fungal strategies of wood decay in trees. Good luck!

I picked the Fungal Strategies of Wood Decay in Trees, a few years back of amazon, on offer for area £30
