Can anyone help ID a rope for me

I saw a guy climbing on what looked like a purple rope. I can honestly say I'm only interested in it as it looked the nuts!! Any ideas? The closest one I can find is Marlow komodo.

Yale poison ivy!! Although it's got pink in it, from a distance all you'd see is the purple. It must have been that. Thanks!
