Whoa that makes me sound dear! I thought I was too cheap! I know a chap who sold smaller trees last year for 55 a ton! Apple sells very well as firewood and customers will not only pay over the odds for it but will also keep coming back time and time again. I think this is fair comment?

Yes but it's crap to work with take ages to dry as it still has all the bark on as it's hand cut. It's not worth more than £38 if you can get more fair play to you

I appreciate its not the best for processors but the chap who is taking it at the moment is logging it and selling it straight to customers with no further drying and the customers are all happy with it and keep coming back for more. It has been grubbed for a year now.
