Entec serial number!

Hi all, I'm trying to locate the serial number on my entec 150, the metal plate on the drawbar is to worn to see, some people have said look on the inside of the exit chute but been up to yard and couldn't see anything! Is there any way if finding it out?

it should be on the top of the rotar cover next to the discharge shute

Is should be stamped into the flywheel housing were the discharge chute sits into place

 

Take off the chute and give it a good wipe and the numbers should be there, sometimes they can be difficult to see due to wear

Have you checked your purchase documents for the chipper? I'm guessing the serial number would have been recorded on your sales invoice as this is the unique number for the chipper.

I'll have a look at the reciept, if I can find it! U bought it from a dealer nr Hartlepool but do tv think he is in business anymore!

i had to get a wire brush out but the numbers eventually came clear- where the discharge shute sits

In the right angle part? I'll have to have a go with the wire brush cause I couldn't see owt!

my old entec truckloader didnt have a serial number!

I rang entec some years back and they said early machines didnt have serial numbers!

Ive got an entec chippit 98 model and when you take the chute off the number is in the insert wherethe chute sits
