Just back from a good walk in the woods with Bren - many thanks for your time and advice Bren, much appreciated. Turns out that my estimation of land isn't so hot. Thanks to Google Earth we've now worked our that I don't have two acres, I actually have 5.2 acres :thumbup:

Easy way to double your land area! :D

 

I find it hard to estimate land area, so I use this: Area calculator - Outline a property on a google map and find its area

 

Yes, nice way to get more woodland than you thought you had :laugh1: Probably the only time I've been pleased to be crap at doing something :lol: Thanks for the mapdevelopers link Sandspider
