I can't comment on others and how they access Arbtalk. But via an iPod Touch, no new window pops up. I get the 'Timeline' or 'Unread' screen, (posts and or threads but not private messages). I guess it's a way of saving processing RAM on a small sized platform.

 

Anyway, after someone has shot me again. Could we please get back to helping the OP out with their quest... ... ... sorry, I thought I heard a chamber filling.

CBE is pointless. The standard MS181 is one of the best value for money small saws out there.

Couldn't agree more, the 'tool-less' chain tension thing dosnt work & the ergo start is annoying at best, why Stihl continue to peddle this rubbish is beyond me although there must be some reason for it.

 

That said the standard 181 is a reasonable saw at its price
