Hi all

I am new on this site and was wanting a little bit of advice if possible.

I am looking at taking the above courses later on in the year and was wondering what equipment do I need to look at purchasing for myself. Also was wanting some recommendations on good manufacturers of harnesses/ropes etc within reasonable price ranges.

Thanks in advance

Welcome to the site.

If you go on the NPTC site, you can download a prerequisite list. It'll tell you all the equipment needed.

With regard to buying gear, Use the search option at the right of the control bar and have a look at previous threads. It really is personal preference. Get in the kit and have a go to see what you like and get on with as things often look good on the page but you might not get on with them when you come to use them, Once you've found something you like, Give Jonsie a ring and he'll be able to sort it out for you.

Good luck mate.

Tom
