Does anybody else watch the news in the mornings??

I never read newspapers, but always watch th news first thig in the morning but my god it's so depressing..... never any good news to brighten up the day, always doom and gloom.... if it's not war and poverty, murder and slaughter it's financial ruin, job losses, global depression.... :(

Dont watch it then! i know its important to keep up with the news but wait until you've woken up! Listen to some tunes in the morning....it works!

probably died anyway:001_tongue: I gave up watching the news at the beginning of the year, it was so depressing, now everything is well with MY world, sod the rest of em:001_smile:

normally listen to the today show then buy a paper on teh way to work, always flick to the cartoon on the opinions page first, see how they have rendered Mr Broon et al for the day

i watch sponge bob in the morning with my three kids while eating breakfast, go to work with a smile on my face, very rarely watch the news its always depressing.

I`m the same as HF, I just catch it early doors while eating my wheatabix and yeah it almost makes you go back to bed lol. At least tomorrrow they will be going on about the lions win and not Murray losing :-( . I tell you I dont miss reporting scotland down here as it was always soooo depressing!!!
