Ive been out today playing with the 5 meter blaze lanyard i bought at the AA show.

I have tried it as i am looking for a replacement side strop for my wire core flipline. Its ok but not very good at taking up slack as you have to use both hands on it.

My question is is there a set up i can use with it involving a mini pulley (which i have) so i can tend the slack in it one handed? And can i use this set up on my side D ring on a Kolbri skylotec harness?

Any suggesstions and advice would be most welcome Arbs.

Regards.

i use the distel and micro pulley, works a treat (much better than the crap rope grabs at college). you can use it one handed and release under load.

you can also do this with the art positioner , the advantage with the atr positioner is that there is no not to get in the way , i use my strop from the attachment points for the sliding d on my skylotec i find it is alot more comfortable
