I've had my fair share of pig trotters, love 'em. Never tasted pease pudding but I did stumble upon a can of Spotted Dick once. It tasted as bad as the name sounds. Very dry and spongy.

English mustard is best with bury black pudding

 

But the black pudding must be simmered ( definately not fried, that's a dirty southern habit )

A decent Haggis is remarkably good eating, after we bought about 100No. from Sainsburys for 1p each,(post Rabbie Burns night) to feed the dogs(seriously) cept Senior Managment decided to pop one in a pot to try it, and boy o boy, was it GOOD!

With ketchup.

The dogs/dawgs got none.
